We recognize that every care setting is unique and each of our clients has spent a considerable amount of time in an effort to optimize their processes for maximum efficiency. Hygeia™ has been designed from the ground up as a fully customizable product that can be tailored to any client need. Hygeia™ has been proven to work in most environments and can interface with any product that supports industry standards.

If you have a specific need that requires customization of our product or would like us to interface with a specific product that you currently use that is not one of our supported products, we can work with your staff to make that possible. Our implementation team has years of experience with customizing solutions in environments of varying complexity.

With each implementation, ZTS typically offers 2-3 days of training as part of the standard package; training can be either on site or via web, and customized, depending upon the size and needs of the practice.

As few small practices have the luxury of closing their practice to attend an all day class, we have focused on minimizing the necessity for formal training classes. We take a more asynchronous approach and recommend that the staff begin with a 2-3 hour introduction by utilizing a series of free, interactive videos. These are then ideally followed by 90-120 minute Question and Answer sessions delivered on site or remotely, depending upon the preference of the practice. A customized training plan to fit your practice can be developed, depending on the experience level of your staff and clinicians. ZTS has several delivery options for software training. One-on-one SOAPware training can also be arranged either remotely and on-site.
