Each of our support staff has hands-on, working knowledge of the product and has been specifically trained to answer every question from our clients. We have a growing knowledge base that allows us to leverage findings from one scenario and apply it to others to efficiently solve our clients' problems.


Implementation Services

We recognize that every care setting is unique and each of our customers have spent considerable amount of time an effort in optimizing their processes for maximum efficiency. Hygeia™ has been designed from ground up to be a fully-customizable product that can be tailored to any customer needs. Hygeia™ has been proven to work in most environments and can interface with any product that supports industry standards.

If you have a specific need that requires customization of our product or would like us to interface with a specific product that you currently use but which is not on our list of supported products, we can work with your staff to make that possible. ZTS's implementation team has years of experience implementing and customizing solutions in many environments of varying complexity.

Training

With each implementation, ZTS typically offers a standard 2-3 day training package as part of standard package which can be further customozed depending upon the size and needs of the practice.

We have focused on minimizing the necessity for formal classes because very few small practices can afford the luxury of closing the practice to attend a all day classes. Our focus is to take a more asynchronous approach. We advocate for most of the staff in medical practices begin with a 2-3 hours introduction going through a series of free, interactive videos which are then, ideally, followed by 90 - 120 minute question-answer sessions delivered on site or remotely based upon preference of the practice. Depending on the experience level of your staff and clinicians, ZTS also can recommends a customized training plan to fit your practice. ZTS has many delivery options for software training, determined by the needs of your practice.Lastly, one-on-one SOAPware training can be arranged both remotely and on-site.
